[I’m Sandeul] May diary..^^ It’s May, a time when I want to ride my bike and ride away somewhere. Since the weather is nice and warm (somewhat?) and the scenery is alright hehe Anyway, I’ve been thinking about it for a week, and eventually decided to ride our ↓Blackhawk↓ to Paldang Dam. It’s 51.5km from Mangwon to Yangsoo Station, far…(no..I thought it would be fine keke) Truthfully it’s rea~lly far.. While riding I even regretted, thinking why did I say for us to go (but it was still fun right?? Ssam~??) (T/N: Ssam is an informal short way of saying teacher, or “seon-sang-nim”) ← Ssams and I look happy… Ssams’ faces…sorry I don’t know how to cover…ㅠ (T/N: talking about covering for their privacy) We were in awe by the surrounding scenery, and since it’s Sunday we saw families out on picnics and… we enjoyably went to Paldang Dam hehe (rode coolly with our choreography seon-sang-nims~!!) To be honest I really want to recommend a weekend get-away for our Banas. Even if it’s not far away like my case, you can ride your bike to the nearby Han River Park, or take photos, I think it’s a necessity to have some free and enjoyable time!!!! Since we need time to organize our thoughts~!! That’s that ehem~;; Truthfully the real reason I wanted to bike to Paldang Dam is!! After biking and getting exercise~ I wanted to try this vinegar mustard noodle dish (초계국수)!!!! hehehe Really… even when I look at it this (situation) is very like me;; But I worked hard to get here so… hehe It’s a time for me to be proud of, to go on this biking trip that I wanted to do since I was young makes me feel like I’ve reached a dream. It was just a happy day. I wanted to share the happiness I felt with Bana and my fellow members, so I wrote this post hehe Thump thump (heart beating)~ Let’s all be happy ♥ ↑ At a cafe near the Paldang vinegar mustard noodle restaurant… (drank fresh tomato-fruit juice~) I did well right… hehe and with a victory V!! I actually took this photo when I was quite tired but it came out… pretty well…?? hehe ↑ Tadah~~!! This is the vinegar. mustard. noodles. I was talking about!! Wow~~~!! (Sorry about;; the photo;; I’ll probably get better as I take more;;) Ho~nestly~~!! It didn’t exceed my expectations… but it was delicious!! I ordered extra… it was too much… They say it’s called 초계국수 because the taste comes from 식초 (vinegar = ‘초’) and 겨자 (mustard = '계’)… To be honest I initially thought it was grass '초’ and chicken '계’ and thought Ah~ it’s probably a chicken noodle dish with some vegetables in it~ but I was wrong… ㅠㅠ Anyway it was very~ delicious but~ ↑ This guy!!! This came out and I forgot about our vinegar mustard noodles… sorry… but I still ate it deliciously… hehe These are acorn pancakes!! So tasty!! It’s chewy and soft but stuffed to its core~ I’m salivating even as I write this… hehe You’re really delicious!! I admit!! You’re Jjang!! ↑ Me coming back home… I rode the train from Yangsoo Station…
If I rode the bike on the way back as well then I would have biked almost 100km in just one day~ hahaha. I can’t I can’t~ hehe But still I was excited~!! (Sigh)~ Because I’m sharing my day with our Banas like this, it feels as if I’ve been sitting at a cafe and chatting with you~~!! From now on I’m planning to take Blackhawk here and there, so if we bump into each other greet me well~^^ And of course also visiting some great restaurants~~ lullu~~ I promised to go with Channie next time, so next time I’ll bring photos of Channie too~~!! Bye~!! hehe Trans: roz @ bethe1all4one / Please remove all translations with full credits to source and translator.
